Settling Brick Veneer
The previous owner of this Fairfax Virginia house decided to regrade the front to make it flatter for a garden bed. In doing so, the back hoe damaged the sill under the brick facade. No longer having support, this is the result of gravity and time. It will worsen with more time! Filling the enlarging gap will do nothing to forestall future movement.
